Every year we hold Psych Safety Days and other events for our wonderful community to come together, share insights, learn new practices and examine emergent research and evidence.

We’re currently putting together ideas for Psych Safety Day 2026, so if you’re interested in being a part of it – speaking, facilitating, sharing your research or work, or being a participant, get in touch.

Previous Psych Safety Days have been in New York, Barcelona, Seville, and Malaga, but we’re considering running Psych Safety Day 2026 as either a hybrid or fully virtual event in order to make it more accessible.

Tom Geraghty

Tom Geraghty, co-founder and delivery lead at Iterum Ltd, is an expert in high performing teams and psychological safety. Leveraging his unique background in ecological research and technology, Tom has held CIO/CTO roles in a range of sectors from tech startups to global finance firms. He holds a degree in Ecology, an MBA, and a Masters in Global Health. His mission is to make workplaces safer, higher performing, and more inclusive.
