Fundamentals of Psychological Safety 2.5hr Online Workshop

In this 2.5 hour workshop we explore the fundamentals of psychological safety theory and history, together with a range of interactive exercises, workshops and practices that you can use with your own teams or in your own sessions. It’s designed to be applicable to any industry, from technology to healthcare, local government to education.
You will learn about the following aspects of psychological safety:
- The history of psychological safety, theory, research and evidence.
- The outcomes of psychological safety: disasters and successes.
- Real-life examples from different industries.
- Psychologically safe behaviours in the workplace
- How psychological safety supports inclusion and diversity
- Learning from work and continuous improvement
- Further reading and resources
All attendees will receive a Credly Badge, a certificate of completion to confirm attendance, further reading, materials and resources used in the session, a copy of the Psychological Safety Action Pack and a licence to use it in your organisation, access to a private alumni group, and some swag!

We offer one scholarship place entirely free of charge to each workshop. The scholarship is intended for those for whom any payment at all is out of reach. Preference is given to people in lower-income countries and from disadvantaged or under-represented groups. Contact us if you’re interested.

The Complete Psych Safety 'Train the Trainer' course
The Psychological Safety Fundamentals workshop can be taken as a standalone workshop – it’s a really engaging, comprehensive introduction to all you need to know about psychological safety.
It’s also the first session of our full Psych Safety ‘Train the Trainer’ Programme.
