With 17 years’ experience spanning teaching, charities, higher education, consultancy and the private sector, she brings a unique blend of insights to her work. Jade began her career as a teacher. She went on to help multiple organisations improve their education and people development offer, most recently as a senior leader at the University of Nottingham, where she was recognised in 2024 as a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA).
With a Physics degree from Oxford University, a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership, and ongoing PhD research at the University of Nottingham, Jade’s academic foundation is strong. Her doctoral research focuses on the impact of students’ educational backgrounds on their university experience, viewed through a social justice lens. However, as a practitioner first and foremost, Jade is most excited by the impact her work can have on improving workplace culture, educational spaces, and organisational performance. She is committed to ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to succeed in a supportive environment.
Outside of work, Jade enjoys writing, running, and yoga. She is happiest outdoors with her family, seeing nature as the ultimate source of inspiration, learning, and wellbeing.
