Psychological Safety Training & Workshops

Psychological Safety Training, Consultancy and Workshops

Workplace training delivered in-person around the world and online.
We take the latest and most robust research, tried and tested practices from fields such as aviation, healthcare, manufacturing, tech and safety critical industries, and distill them into engaging learning experiences. 
 
Combined with insights from our work with industry, public sector and academic clients, we help you get the most out of our training and workshops. We won’t bombard you with psychological theories or models (unless you want us to!): instead we provide you with the knowledge, skills, tools, and confidence to make psychological safety real for your teams and organisations.
 
We work with senior leaders, middle managers, work teams, people departments and more. We can also train your own trainers and facilitators to scale and deliver training in your organisation. We even train other training firms!

In addition to the packages below, we offer sessions specifically on delivering and receiving feedback, organisational change programme design, psychological safety in educational settings, and we can also tailor workshops to dovetail into your management training programmes.

We offer online options for all courses, and can provide in-person sessions in Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and elsewhere. Most of our sessions are delivered in English, but we do have options for other languages. 

All our training options and workshops provide certificated CPD hours and points to evidence your professional development.

Executive and senior leadership sessions that introduce the essentials of psychological safety and build the foundations for organisational success. This helps leaders to see the huge opportunity in front of them. We include examples from multiple industries such as aviation and healthcare, and others. Tailored to your specific needs.

Target audience: executive and senior leadership, boards, and management teams. (Up to 50 participants)

2.5 hours - 2 days

Focussed on the competencies required to build and maintain high performing teams, the management masterclass takes managers through the theory and practice of psychological safety and performance. Adapted to your specific needs.

Target audience: people with direct line management and delivery responsibility (5-15 participants)

Team workshops that build psychological safety, performance and resilience in a team. Participants learn about psychological safety and its benefits in teams, get involved in practices, and learn behaviours to continuously improve.

Delivering Effective Feedback

3 hours

This workshop dives into how we can work most effectively with feedback, and ensure it’s a “tool for good”, helping us meet our goals without causing harm.

We’ll cover everything from principles and approaches to practical tools, mechanisms and traps to avoid.

Target Audience: those working in all industries, domains and roles. It may be most useful for those with people responsibilities, including managers, leaders, trainers, supervisors and mentors.

Feedback Training Details

Train the Trainer

1 to 3 days

(may be split into multiple sessions)

Based around the Action Pack, with additional content and practices to enable participants to carry out workshops, training sessions and run entire organisational programmes themselves. Adapted to your specific needs.

Target audience: experienced trainers, managers or people enthusiastic to learn how to facilitate psychological safety training and workshops. (Up to 8 participants)

We don't just do psychological safety!

Psychological safety should not, cannot, stand on its own in an organisation.

All our workshops, training sessions and consultancy on psychological safety are grounded in the practical aspects of daily work, whether we’re working with teams in healthcare, aviation, software or education.

Work is what we do every single day (when we’re at work), so it makes no sense for training on psychological safety to ignore the important aspects of actually getting our jobs done, including:

Our workshops help to make psychological safety real in practice, not just in theory.
