Psychological Safety Training: Management Masterclass

Duration: 2.5 hours – 2 Days

Focussed on the competencies required to build and maintain high performing teams, the management masterclass takes managers through the theory and practice of psychological safety and performance. Adapted to your specific needs.

Target audience: people with direct line management and delivery responsibility (5-15 participants)

This psychological safety workshop is suitable for around 6-13 people with a single facilitator. With two facilitators, it’s possible to go up to 30 attendees. Attendees will:

Understand what psychological safety is & what it isn’t.
Explore the history, research and evidence for it in relation to organisational performance.
Learn examples of disasters and successes in relation to psychological safety.
Understand how psychological safety works in different contexts, cultures, and diversities.
Learn ways to build psychological safety in their teams.
Clarify what *not* to do as a manager.
Learn workshops and management practices to take away and run with teams.
Experience a retrospective and learn how to carry our retrospectives and futurespectives in their teams
Commit to tangible actions and changes to make as a result of the workshop.
Take away resources, tools, & templates, stickers & swag.
Be eligible to claim a Credly badge to show off their achievement, and obtain a CPD certificate.

Psychological safety is critical to the way we work. I'm fairly familiar with the subject but found the content to be a really great refresher. Highly recommend as a beginner / intermediate stage course.
