Psychological Safety Practice Masterclass: 2.5hr Online Workshop

This workshop focuses on actual practices and activities that foster psychological safety in the real world. Full of practical exercises, tools and activities, you’ll leave with lots of ideas about what to try next when establishing and improving psychological safety in your teams. It assumes a basic foundational understanding of psychological safety.
The Practice Masterclass is designed to be applicable to any industry, from technology to healthcare, local government to education.

All attendees will receive a Credly Badge, a certificate of completion to confirm attendance, further reading, materials and resources used in the session, a copy of the Psychological Safety Action Pack and a licence to use it in your organisation, access to a private alumni group, and some swag!

The Complete Psych Safety 'Train the Trainer' course
The Psychological Safety Practices workshop can be taken as a standalone workshop – it’s a really engaging, practical (the clue is in the name!) session on ways to build psychological safety.
It’s also the second session of our full Psych Safety ‘Train the Trainer’ Programme.
