The Complete Psychological Safety Course: Train the Trainer is our flagship programme. It goes both broad and deep into the world of psychological safety, using a variety of lenses and perspectives to explore how to understand, foster, build, maintain and measure psychological safety as well as how to inspire others to work on it themselves.
By joining us for all 6 workshops, you’ll be fully equipped not just to build psychological safety in your own teams, but to support, inspire and empower others to do it too. You’ll also be eligible for our Psych Safety Train the Trainer Credly badge as well as the Credly badges for the six individual sessions.
The sessions are delivered via Zoom and we use Miro boards, supplemental handouts, online resources and academic papers to support learning and engagement during the sessions.
Our aim is to ensure you learn as much from the other attendees as you do from us during the session, and we work to create learning spaces in the workshops which are inclusive, accessible and psychologically safe for all. We’ve run these workshops for several years now, and each time we refine and improve them further, making sure you gain the benefit of all our previous experience and learning. Delivering these sessions is one of the most enjoyable aspects of our work, and we want to make sure you have a great time too and get the best possible value from them.
All attendees will receive Credly Badges, a certificate of completion, further reading, materials and resources used in the session, a copy of the Psychological Safety Action Pack and a licence to use it in your organisation, access to an alumni group, and some swag!

This draws on the content from each module and provides you with the framework, tools, and confidence to design and deliver your own workshops on psychological safety theory, measurement, and practice. You can book this before attending the other workshops, but attendance at all six workshops is required to qualify for the TTT badge.

When you have completed all six workshops including the Workshop Design and Facilitation, you qualify for the “Psychological Safety Train The Trainer” Credly badge.
This demonstrates that as well as having gained in depth understanding of psychological safety theory, evidence, practice and measurement, you also know how to design and deliver effective workshops to support others to build their skills and expertise around psychological safety.
We have different pricing options depending whether you’re self-funded or funded by your organisation, and unwaged/lower-income country options too. The more organisation-funded places that are purchased, the more unwaged places we can provide.
We also have one free scholarship place available on every workshop, intended for those for whom any payment is out of reach. Preference is given to people in lower-income countries, from disadvantaged or under-represented groups and those working in not-for-profit contexts. Contact us if you’re interested.

Being able to effectively give feedback is fundamental to building and maintaining a high performing team, and the way we deliver that feedback can make or break psychological safety. In this special workshop, we dive deep into how we can work most effectively with feedback, and ensure it’s a “tool for good”, helping us meet our goals.
We’ll cover everything from principles and approaches to practical tools, mechanisms and traps to avoid.
This Power of Effective Feedback workshop is designed to be applicable for those working in all industries, domains and roles. It may be most useful for those with people responsibilities, including managers, leaders, trainers, supervisors and mentors.
Note that this workshops sits outside of our main 6 workshop Psych Safety course.
We can provide CPD certificates showing the hours attended and content delivered. We also provide Credly Badges to demonstrate your CPD.
We don’t provide certification, only certificates of attendance. We don’t believe that certification is good for the industry, and we don’t believe that any one organisation should define what it means to be “certified” in psychological safety.
However, we are always happy to provide confirmation of attendance and all attendees can claim their Psychological Safety Credly Badges to share on LinkedIn, in their email signatures or elsewhere.
