Psychological Safety In-Person Workshop Barcelona - 13 July 2023
This is a full-day comprehensive workshop encompassing core elements of all the online sessions and all the practices from the Practice Masterclass, including TRIZ, Empathy Mapping, After Action Reviews and Retrospectives.
We cover the following aspects of psychological safety:
- The history of psychological safety, theory, research and evidence.
- The benefits and outcomes of psychological safety: disasters and successes.
- Real-life examples from different industries, and how to apply them to your own context.
- Measuring psychological safety in teams and organisations. Quantitative and Qualitative approaches.
- Practices including Empathy Mapping, Triz, and Retrospectives.
- Personal User Manuals and Team charters
- Safety i and ii: work as imagined vs work as done: closing the gap.
- Inclusion & Diversity: neurodiversity, culture and privilege.
- Beyond the team: scaling up to organisational level.
- Further reading and resources.
This is our first open-enrolment in-person workshop! To be in central Barcelona on 13th July, it’s an all-day workshop (including breaks and lunchtime), and we’re very excited about it!
It’s a very interactive, practical session combined with resource-based learning, intended to draw on the expertise of all present so that we can learn from each other as well as draw on literature, research, and industry examples.
You’ll retain access to the training materials from the session, and as part of the training, you will also receive a copy of the Psychological Safety Action Pack, access to a private alumni group, links to further reading, and a certificate of completion.
The session assumes a foundational knowledge of psychological safety, and builds upon the expertise of all attendees.
