How We Run the Training

Our sessions are delivered via Zoom and supported by interactive tools like Miro boards, handouts and online resources, to enhance your learning experience. We also send optional pre- and post-session materials to help you get the most out of the workshops.

We believe that learning happens best when you can engage with others, so we strive to create inclusive, accessible, and psychologically safe spaces for all attendees. Throughout the session, you’ll have opportunities to learn not just from us, but from each other too.

We’ve been running these workshops for several years, constantly refining and improving the content to ensure you benefit from our experience. Delivering these sessions is one of the most rewarding parts of our work, and we aim to make sure you have an enjoyable and valuable experience as well.

If you’re interested in how this fits into our wider philosophy, you can read more in our Learning at Psych Safety article.

After the sessions, all participants will receive:

  • Credly Badges
  • Certificate of completion
  • Further reading, materials, and resources
  • A copy of the Psychological Safety Action Pack, along with a licence to use it in your organisation
  • Access to an alumni group
  • And some swag!

Workshop Design and Facilitation

After completing the initial five workshops, you are eligible to attend our Workshop Design and Facilitation 2.5-hr session. This draws on the content from each module and provides you with the framework, tools, and confidence to design and deliver your own workshops on psychological safety theory, measurement, and practice. We cover design principles, content ideas, psychologically safer approaches to facilitation and more.

You can book this before attending the other workshops, but attendance at all six workshops is required to qualify for the TTT badge.

Prerequisites: all five workshops including fundamentals, practices, leadership, measurement and advanced.

HOP: Human and Organisational Performance. 2.5hr Workshop (online)

Date: Thursday 8th January 2026

Time: 10:30am-1pm UK time: check your time here.

Pricing is based on affordability

This workshop will introduce attendees to the core concepts and practices within Human and Organisational Performance (HOP), based on the 5 principles of:

  • People make mistakes
  • Blame fixes nothing
  • Context drives behaviour
  • Learning is vital
  • Response matters

In this workshop, we use those principles as a scaffold to explore HOP and how to put it into practice. This workshop covers many safety-related topics, such as human error and Work-As-Imagined vs Work-As-Done, but is not specifically a health and safety workshop.

You’ll leave with a new perspective on how humans work, fail, learn, and solve problems, along with practical tools and techniques to try with your teams.
