How We Run the Training

Our sessions are delivered via Zoom and supported by interactive tools like Miro boards, handouts and online resources, to enhance your learning experience. We also send optional pre- and post-session materials to help you get the most out of the workshops.

We believe that learning happens best when you can engage with others, so we strive to create inclusive, accessible, and psychologically safe spaces for all attendees. Throughout the session, you’ll have opportunities to learn not just from us, but from each other too.

We’ve been running these workshops for several years, constantly refining and improving the content to ensure you benefit from our experience. Delivering these sessions is one of the most rewarding parts of our work, and we aim to make sure you have an enjoyable and valuable experience as well.

If you’re interested in how this fits into our wider philosophy, you can read more in our Learning at Psych Safety article.

After the sessions, all participants will receive:

Workshop Design and Facilitation

After completing the initial five workshops, you are eligible to attend our Workshop Design and Facilitation 2.5-hr session. This draws on the content from each module and provides you with the framework, tools, and confidence to design and deliver your own workshops on psychological safety theory, measurement, and practice. We cover design principles, content ideas, psychologically safer approaches to facilitation and more.

You can book this before attending the other workshops, but attendance at all six workshops is required to qualify for the TTT badge.

Prerequisites: all five workshops including fundamentals, practices, leadership, measurement and advanced.

10/12 November 2026

Psychological Safety Train The Trainer

When you have completed all six workshops including the Workshop Design and Facilitation, you qualify for the Psych Safety Train The Trainer Credly badge.

This demonstrates that as well as having gained in depth understanding of psychological safety theory, evidence, practice and measurement, you also know how to design and deliver effective workshops to support others to build their skills and expertise around psychological safety.

Fully Funded Scholarship Place

We have different pricing options depending whether you’re self-funded or funded by your organisation, and unwaged/lower-income country options too. The more organisation-funded places that are purchased, the more unwaged places we can provide.

We also have one free scholarship place available on every workshop, intended for those for whom any payment is out of reach. Preference is given to people in lower-income countries, from disadvantaged or under-represented groups and those working in not-for-profit contexts. Contact us if you’re interested.

This workshop will introduce attendees to the core concepts and practices within Human and Organisational Performance (HOP), based on the 5 principles of:

  • People make mistakes
  • Blame fixes nothing
  • Context drives behaviour
  • Learning is vital
  • Response matters

In this workshop, we use those principles as a scaffold to explore HOP and how to put it into practice. This workshop covers many safety-related topics, such as human error and Work-As-Imagined vs Work-As-Done, but is not specifically a health and safety workshop.

You’ll leave with a new perspective on how humans work, fail, learn, and solve problems, along with practical tools and techniques to try with your teams.

Note that this workshops sits outside of our main 6 workshop Psych Safety course.

What if your organisation is less like a machine, and more like an ecosystem?

We can’t engineer them, we can’t roadmap our way through them, and the dominant mechanical framings we’ve inherited keep failing us in predictable ways. Ecological thinking offers a different posture — less command, more stewardship; less intervention, more attention to the conditions from which behaviour emerges.

This introductory workshop is for people who work within and for organisations, and wold like to explore different lenses and approaches to organisational change and dynamics.

You’ll explore a set of ecological concepts — substrate, rewetting, indicator species, ecotones, succession — and how they translate into practical tools for reading and tending the organisations you work in.

Delivering Effective Feedback: How to Have Learning Conversations That Actually Land

Feedback matters. It shapes how people grow, how teams perform and how organisations learn. It’s also risky.

This Delivering Effective Feedback workshop is designed to be applicable for those working in all industries, domains and roles. It may be most useful for those with people responsibilities, including managers, leaders, trainers, supervisors and mentors.

In this workshop, we explore:

  • Why feedback matters and what the research actually shows
  • What psychologically safer feedback looks like in practice
  • The common traps (and how to sidestep them)
  • How to listen to feedback without retreating into defensiveness
  • Power, subjectivity and the stories we tell
  • Frameworks that help: Local Rationality, the Fundamental Attribution Error, Non-Violent Communication
  • Real scenarios. Real strategies. Real conversations.

Course Certification and CPD

We provide Psych Safety Credly Badges to certify your completion of Psych Safety training and showcase your Continuing Professional Development, which can be shared on LinkedIn, email signatures and other platforms.

We can also provide certificates of attendance including number of hours of CPD training attended along with statements of content if this is useful.

See here for more on our approach to psychological safety certification.
