This Psychological Safety Management Masterclass is designed for those with direct line management and delivery responsibility — the people shaping culture, team dynamics, and day-to-day performance.
Grounded in evidence and tailored to your context, this workshop equips managers with the practical tools and core competencies needed to foster psychological safety and unlock high performance.
We go beyond the theory — participants actively explore how to build trust, invite voice, respond skilfully to concerns and mistakes, and lead teams where people feel safe to share their best work.
Every masterclass is adapted to reflect your organisation’s real challenges and opportunities. With one facilitator, it works best with 5–15 participants. If you’d like to include more people, we can extend the group size to around 30 by adding a second facilitator.
