Workshop Design and Facilitation: 6 March 2026 – Stream 1

This is a 2.5 hour workshop that draws on the content from each module and provides you with the framework, tools, and confidence to run your own workshops on psychological safety theory, measurement, and practice. We draw on our own experience running workshops and training sessions across industries and cultures all over the world - successes, mistakes, good practice, as well as pedagogical theory and classroom practice.

Attendance of all five workshops including intermediate, advanced, measurement, leadership and practices is a prerequisite.

We cover the following:

• A recap of the previous modules and content.
• Designing and planning workshops on psychological safety
• Structure, flow, technology and tools
• Online vs in-person considerations, group size
• Facilitation practices and tips, such as warmups and icebreakers
• Inclusion, diversity, and culture in workshops
• Materials and resources
• Evaluation and retrospectives
• Further reading and resources.

Delivered online via Zoom

We offer one scholarship place entirely free of charge to each workshop. The scholarship is intended for those for whom any payment at all is out of reach. Preference is given to people in lower-income countries and from disadvantaged or under-represented groups. Contact us if you're interested.
