This is a workshop focusing on actual practices and activities that foster and psychological safety.
This is a 2.5 hour workshop that assumes a basic understanding of psychological safety.
It's designed to be applicable to any industry, from technology to healthcare, local government to education.
Date: 8 August 2024
Time: 8am UK time, 7pm Christchurch, NZ, 3pm AWST and 5pm AEST.
This is a very interactive, discussion-based session combined with resource-based learning, intended to draw on the expertise of all present so that we can learn from each other as well as draw on literature, research, and industry examples.
You’ll retain access to the training materials from the session, and as part of the training, you will also receive a copy of the Psychological Safety Action Pack, access to a private alumni group, links to further reading, and a certificate of completion.
The session assumes an at-least foundational knowledge of psychological safety, and introduces various practices and workshop tools to use with teams to introduce, build and measure psychological safety.
Delivered online via Zoom, we will use a Google Jamboard to collaborate and learn together.
