This is a 2.5 hour workshop that assumes an intermediate level understanding of psychological safety theory, evidence, and practice. It's designed to be applicable to any industry, from technology to healthcare, local government to education. Date: 24 March 2025
Time: 1:30pm UK time.
We cover the following aspects of psychological safety:
This is a very interactive, discussion-based session combined with resource-based learning, intended to draw on the expertise of all present so that we can learn from each other as well as draw on literature, research, and industry examples.
We offer one scholarship place entirely free of charge to each workshop. The scholarship is intended for those for whom any payment at all is out of reach. Preference is given to people in lower-income countries and from disadvantaged or under-represented groups. Contact us if you're interested.
If you need to cancel or postpone, simply do so 48 hours before the session for a full refund / postponement to a following session.

All attendees will receive a Credly Badge, a certificate of completion to confirm attendance, further reading, materials and resources used in the session, a copy of the Psychological Safety Action Pack and a licence to use it in your organisation, access to a private alumni group, and some swag!
