Psychological Safety Measurement Masterclass - 21 March 2025, Stream 2
This is a workshop focusing on the measurement of psychological safety, utilising both quantitative and qualitative methods, and drawing on sociological research methodologies.
This is a 2.5 hour workshop that assumes an essential understanding of psychological safety.
It's designed to be applicable to any industry, from technology to healthcare, local government to education.

We cover the following aspects of measuring psychological safety:
- An brief review of the theory of psychological safety.
- The rationale for measuring it in long and short-lived teams.
- The costs, risks and dangers of measuring psychological safety.
- Longitudinal vs Cross-sectional research.
- Sociological Research Methods: Quantitative, Qualitative and Mixed-Methods approaches.
- Survey design and analysis
- Data visualisation and how to present your findings
- Research Ethics
- Further reading and resources.
We address measurement from a practitioner perspective whilst acknowledging the academic perspective also. It’s interactive, engaging, and hands-on.
We offer one scholarship place entirely free of charge to each workshop. The scholarship is intended for those for whom any payment at all is out of reach. Preference is given to people in lower-income countries and from disadvantaged or under-represented groups. Contact us if you're interested.
